Your shortcut to NO detox symptoms

Enemas have been used for centuries to relieve constipation and improve overall health and well-being. They are described in medical writings as far back as ancient Egypt.

In recent times, the use of different types of enemas have also been described in medical and nursing textbooks. The coffee element was last mentioned in the ‘Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy’ (the world’s best-selling medical textbook) in the 12th edition, published in 1972.

Pain Relief for Constipated Soldiers
Treatment with coffee enemas started in hospitals during World War I, so it is not a particularly alternative treatment. Nurses experimented with using coffee instead of water for constipated soldiers’ enemas. They discovered that the soldiers’ pain was lessened, and they generally felt better.

How Does it Work?
More research has been done on what happens in the body when taking the coffee enema. Caffeine is absorbed via the liver’s portal vein system which causes liver and bile ducts to open up and release old toxins via the bile into the intestine. In addition, it increases the amount of the detoxifying liver enzyme glutathione by several hundred percent. These cleansing processes that have proven to be of great importance to alternative treatment for cancer patients even. You may have heard about 'Gerson Theraphy'.

The portal vein system is an arrangement of blood vessels between two different tissue types. Blood from the stomach, spleen, intestines and pancreas is drained  into a number of small veins, that gather and form the portal vein, vena portae.

This vein transports blood from the intestines to the liver, absorbs and stores nutrients, and at the same time removes toxins and contaminated substances. Purified blood flows into the inferior vena cava and is returned to the heart and lungs for oxygenation and recirculation.

Good for Detoxification and Pain
The coffee enema has a pain reducing and invigorating effect. It is an important part of any detoxification program and can be used as part of the treatment for a number of disorders like constipation, hepatitis, cancer, chronic pain and for all degenerative diseases in general.

It is a great therapy to use as a preventive measure, because it is the slow accumulation of toxins in the body that often makes us sick.

It is a low tech and low-cost treatment you can add to your own personal health regime.

You can’t compare a colonic at a clinic with a coffee enema. A colonic exclusively cleanses the colon. A coffee enema also cleanses the lower part of the colon but differs significantly from a water enema because it also stimulates the liver to release toxins. You won’t get this effect during a colonic in a clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hemorrhoids
Once you have taken the coffee enema regularly, it is not uncommon to get hemorrhoids. Especially if you’ve had them before. It’s uncomfortable, of course and you may think that it is best to take a break from the enemas. But you should actually do the opposite and continue with the enemas. Hemorrhoids are often an accumulation of waste products and water in tissues. The best thing you can do is to continue to detoxify. Continue to take the coffee daily over the next few days, and there is a real chance that you will experience the hemorrhoids quietly receding back.

Am I Not Just Flushing Out All of the Good Stuff?
No! Everything your body needs to absorb has already been absorbed higher up in your small intestine. The good intestinal bacteria also do not suffer any harm. Your colon is the end station of nutrients. Everything that is important for you, has long since been claimed. So, to get the gut cleaned, as we do with the coffee enema, is not causing problems, on the contrary!

It is important when detoxifying the liver, that the body gets plenty of nutrients to be able to handle the detoxification process. It means that you need to eat some good organic food, take some custom supplements and drink a vegetable juice every day.

Can’t I Just Drink the Coffee Instead?
If coffee is an ingenious enema, could you not just drink it instead? Unfortunately, it has by no means the same effect. So, no. When you drink a cup of coffee, it travels through the stomach and contributes to various digestive problems. Coffee taken orally affects the liver negatively and causes the bile ducts to close and the blood pressure to rise.

Limit your coffee intake to max 1 cup daily - and drink it only if you are healthy.

When you drink coffee, the sympathetic nervous system is activated, which makes you wake up and feel refreshed. But when you take the coffee rectally it activates your parasympathetic nervous system and you feel calmer and relaxed.

Some caffeine is still absorbed into the bloodstream though which also has an invigorating effect. Therefore, it is important that you do not take the enema too late in the evening, as it may have a negative effect on your sleep.

The coffee enema does not interfere with your normal bowel function. You will still have regular stools.
